Embedded Erlang in the Energy Sector, Cambridge, UK

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company based in Cambridge, UK. They have started to use Erlang for smart metering, energy conservation and wireless control of public lighting with primary markets in India and China. This is a fast moving company listed on AIM, working in a start-up environment.

Do you have two years of experience with production systems with Erlang or other concurrent, functional programming languages, have effective communication skills and are able to interface with other organisations?

Experience and knowledge of working in an agile environment, with test driven development, continuous integration and automation. You should have an active interest in improving the software process, be capable to design and architecture end to end systems, and know when to pick the right tool for the right job. That means having an active interest in new languages, frameworks and technologies. Protocols and protocol design experience comes as a plus!

You should have an MB6-871 active interest in improving the software process, be capable to design and VCP-510 architecture end to end systems, and know when to pick the right tool for the right job. That means having an active interest in new languages,MB6-872  frameworks and technologies. Protocols and protocol VCP-410 design experience comes as a plus!
