Conference Sales and Marketing Assistant, Krakow, Poland

An exciting opportunity to work for a class-leading international IT conference provider.

Erlang Solutions’ Krakow office is part of the Trifork group of companies which operate successful IT conferences worldwide. It is looking for a sales and marketing assistant to help in growing this part of its business. The group organises the already very successful GOTO, QCON, YOW, Erlang User Conferences and Factories.

The role will be principally based in Erlang Solutions’ Krakow office located in the very heart of the old town and will involve:

Sales and marketing of various IT conferences on behalf of the Trifork group.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Flair and drive
• Great communication skills (including fluent English), particularly by telephone and Skype
• Enjoy meeting people and business networking
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Strong IT skills and an understanding (in high level terms) of the subject matter of the conferences
• A desire to make a difference and be success focussed
• A willingness to work irregular hours as the role demands
• A willingness to travel internationally

Remuneration will be competitive with a possible commission-based element.

Full training and induction will be provided.
