Erlang Solutions - - November 18, 2011

GOTO conferences are vendor independent and made for developers by developers presenting the industry’s best speakers. Our goal is to give the software development community a high quality conference with unique learning, discussion and networking opportunities.

The Conference takes place in Prague, Czech Republic and includes: 2 conference days 1 tutorial day and more than 20+ Presentation Sessions by International Experts and Authors.

Robert Virding, Erlang Solutions Principal Language Expert, will be giving two half-day training courses and two presentations during the conference.

Training
Erlang: A language for programming reliable systems - This hands on tutorial will give you an introduction to the Erlang programming language. You will learn the basics of how to read, write and structure Erlang programs.

Erlang/OTP System Principles - In this tutorial, you will get an insight in the theory and concepts behind Erlang design principles, learning how concurrency design patterns they are used to build industrial grade systems.

Presentations
Erlang Rationale - In this talk Robert will look at the rationale behind Erlang and try to show how many of its important features combine to work together.

A True Conversational Web - This talk will illustrate how Erlang provides all the tools necessary for building the next generation of truly conversational web service.
