06 October 2009: Meet ETC at the Øredev!
Erlang Solutions - - October 06, 2009Message-passing Concurrency in Erlang - that’s the title of the talk Ulf Wiger (Erlang Training and Consulting CTO) is going to present at the Øredev conference in Malmö, Sweden. In this talk, Ulf Wiger will describe the principles behind Erlang-style Concurrency - what problems it was designed to solve, and how it fundamentally changes the way you go about structuring your programs. He will illustrate how to achieve great scalability on multicore and in compute clouds, without sacrificing clarity or your own sanity. You can listen to Ulf’s talk on Friday, 5th November between 14:15 and 15:05.

Øredev is a conference focused on the software development process, where nearly 1000 programmers, developers, engineers, educators, testers and managers gather to share their knowledge and experience. This year the conference will take place from 2nd to 6th November.
