We are proud to announce that Erlang Solutions Ltd, has been awarded the Academic/Business Collaboration Award at the University of Kent’s ICE (Innovation, Creativity, Enterprise) Awards in conjunction with Professor Simon Thompson of the School of Computing.

Erlang Solutions and Professor Simon Thompson received the Award for the most successful Academic/Business Collaboration. What initially started as a guest lecture by Francesco Cesarini at the University has led to a mutualy beneficial collaboration. Together we then worked on a project that has improved the speed and quality of the Agile Test Driven method in use. In addition it created an interactive refactoring tool and a reusable Web Framework, that allows the company to take products to market more quickly and cheaply through developing and deploying reusable software components.
